Sarah is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She obtained an equivalent law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2013 and also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji. Prior to practising in Canada, Sarah served as a Judge’s Associate at the High Court of Fiji and earned a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice.
Sarah practices in all areas of Canadian business immigration law. Her experience includes applications under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and the International Mobility Program, and includes: Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), including Labour Market Benefit Plans (LMBPs). She regularly advises on all types of work permits, intra-company transfers, business visitor applications, study permits, and permanent residence pathways, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, and Free Trade Agreement-based applications as well as business applications.
Before joining Seligman Law, Sarah worked at a business immigration law firm, where she gained valuable experience assisting employers and foreign nationals with complex immigration matters. At Seligman Law, she continues to assist foreign nationals with complex immigration matters, providing strategic and practical guidance tailored to their corporate or individual needs and circumstances.
