Canadian Barrister and solicitor – Certified as a Specialist in Immigration law by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Robin Seligman obtained her law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1982 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1985.  She is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada and is Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association national section for Citizenship and Immigration as well as Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association, Citizenship and Immigration section.

She has chaired, lectured and spoken extensively for various organizations on the topic of Canadian Immigration Law including the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, The Law Society of Upper Canada, Insight, The Canadian Institute and Seneca College.

She has also appeared on CBC and CTV television and in front of the Senate and Parliamentary committees on the topic of Canadian Immigration law and has chaired a coalition of organiziations for the purpose of lobbying the Canadian Government for change to Canadian Immigration policy.  Robin Seligman has also been asked to consult with numerous Ministers of Citizenship and Immigration and the Departments of Citizenship and Immigration, Canadian Border Service Agency and Service Canada.
