Sandra completed her articles at Seligman Law and practices in all areas of immigration law. Her focus is litigation at the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada including applications for Judicial Review, Stays of Removal, appeals and detention hearings. Sandra also assists clients with their applications for permanent residence including applications based on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds, inadmissibility, Temporary Resident Permits and Rehabilitation, sponsorships, work permits, visitor visas and Pre-removal Risk Assessments. Sandra has been a guest lecturer at The University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law and has taught at the Canadian Business College in the Paralegal Program.
Sandra can assist clients in English, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian.
