Elise Mercier


Elise practices in all areas of immigration law. Her focus is litigation at the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada including applications for Judicial Review, Stays of Removal, appeals and detention hearings. Elise also assists clients with their applications for permanent residence including applications based on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds, inadmissibility, Temporary Resident Permits and Rehabilitation, sponsorships, work permits, visitor visas and Pre-removal Risk Assessments. Elise articled at a corporate immigration firm prior to joining Seligman Law.
